inspired :: Prince Edward Island
I was able to break away and visit my folks on Prince Edward Island, Canada. My favorite place on Earth. My parents, my husband, and the island inspire me to no end.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz El Tesoro Platinum Tequila
- 1 oz Blue Curaçao
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1 Lemon wheel
- 2 oz Champagne
Garnish: Orange slice, mint leaf and cherry
Glass: Collins
Preparation
Add all the ingredients except the Champagne to a Collins glass and fill with ice. Top with the Champagne and
garnish with an orange slice, mint leaf and cherry.

nostalgic memories :: prince edward island
I camped last weekend and it reminded me of how my folks would pile all seven of us kids in their Volkswagen bus and schlep us up to PEI for weeks at a time, tent camping. A most spectacular way to spend a summer. Bare foot and fancy free.
