- 2 oz Cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1.5 oz Grey Goose La Poire Flavored Vodka
- .5 oz St-Germain
- .5 oz Lemon juice
- .5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
- Lemonade or club soda
Garnish: Mint, cucumber slices and lemon zest
Glass: Highball
PREPARATION:
In a shaker, muddle the cucumber. Add the vodka, St-Germain, lemon juice and simple syrup, and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with mint, cucumber slices and lemon zest and top with lemonade or club soda.

A tribute to another fun Saint Patrick’s Day.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Brown sugar syrup (one part brown sugar, one part water)
- Hot brewed coffee
Garnish: Unsweetened cream, lightly whipped
Glass: Irish Coffee
PREPARATION:
Add the whiskey and syrup to an Irish Coffee glass and fill two-thirds of the way with coffee. Top with one inch of whipped cream.

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 oz Moët & Chandon Imperial Champagne
- .25 oz Navan Vanilla Liqueur
- 1.5 oz Passion fruit juice
Garnish: Mint sprig
Glass: Coupe
PREPARATION:
Add all the ingredients to a coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
