INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tablespoon Creme de Violette
- 4 ounces chilled sparkling wine like a Cava or Prosecco
PREPARATION:
- Pour the Creme de Violette into a tall flute.
- Slowly and gently, pour in the sparkling wine and serve.
