Mint Julep

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 sprigs Mint
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 oz Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal Cognac

Garnish: Mint sprig

Glass: Rocks

PREPARATION:

In a shaker, muddle the mint, sugar and a dash of water. Add the cognac and fill with shaved ice. Shake until frosted and pour (unstrained) into a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
